In 2019 and with the support of local YGNs, IYNC launches I4N Asia-Pacific to reward innovative ideas focused on nuclear technologies or applications from the young generation in Asia and enhance visibility of these ideas.

You are a young and dynamic student or professional with the head full of ideas and the envy of having things moving forward, don’t hesitate and submit your best idea to I4N Asia-Pacific.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Have a look at the Rules and Guidelines available here

Please note that the language of the contest is English. You will also see that you are able to team-up to a group of maximum 5 people and able to submit an idea that can be (1) a technological project or research (2) an
    organizational/societal project or research.

  2. Fill the submission form with your team
  3. Send the submission form in pdf to i4n@iync.org by the new extended deadline of November, 22nd (CET). (CET).

Timeline and rewards:

The best submissions will be selected by a reviewing committee and the selected teams will be able to present their idea to a jury of experts followed by a session of Questions/Answers. For I4N Asia-Pacific, there will be a winner for each idea category.

These two winning teams will become contestants for I4N 2020 in Sydney and will gain financial aid for travel expenses.

For the ones that need to be convinced to participate, here are few reasons why you should:

  • Build international soft skills through this new opportunity
  • Enhance your professional network
  • Have fun growing your knowledge
  • Contribute to the future of nuclear applications
